3. 0:30Drawdown matlab peak se baad ke low tak girna. Two thousand twenty-six mein KSE-100 January ke high se six hafton mein takreeban twenty percent gira. Ye normal hai.A drawdown is the fall from a peak to a later low. In 2026 the KSE-100 fell about twenty percent from its January high within six weeks. This is normal.
4. 0:45Single stocks index se zyada girte hain. Bade, profitable stocks bhi kabhi thirty se fifty percent gire. Agar thirty percent girawat par aap panic karein, to aap zyada invest kar rahe hain.Single stocks fall more than the index. Even large, profitable stocks fell thirty to fifty percent at times. If a thirty percent fall would make you panic, you are investing too much.
5. 0:59Invest karne se pehle three se six mahine ke kharchon ka emergency fund rakhein, aur mehnga qarz jaise credit card pehle utaarein. Wo paisa invest na karein jo jaldi chahiye. Before investing, keep an emergency fund of three to six months of expenses, and clear expensive debt like credit cards first. Don't invest money you'll need soon.
6. 1:12Aur kabhi qarz le kar invest na karein. Qarz loss ko bhi multiply karta hai, aur girawat mein majboori ki selling temporary loss ko permanent bana deti hai.And never borrow to invest. Borrowing multiplies losses too, and forced selling in a fall turns a temporary loss into a permanent one.
7. 1:24Diversification yaani saare ande ek tokri mein na rakhein. Eight se fifteen achi companies ya ek fund, alag alag sectors mein, aur savings ka sirf ek hissa shares mein.Diversification means not putting all your eggs in one basket. Eight to fifteen solid companies or a fund, across different sectors, and only part of your savings in shares.
8. 1:42Position size ke liye simple rule: koi ek stock share portfolio ke ten se fifteen percent se zyada na ho, aur koi ek sector twenty-five se thirty percent se zyada na ho.A simple position-size rule: no single stock above ten to fifteen percent of your share portfolio, and no single sector above twenty-five to thirty percent.
9. 1:54Ab SIP calculator. SIP matlab har mahine ek fixed amount invest karna. Prices kam hon to zyada shares milte hain, zyada hon to kam, is se average cost smooth hoti hai.Now the SIP calculator. SIP means investing a fixed amount every month. When prices are low you get more shares, when high fewer, which smooths out your average cost.
10. 2:13Monthly amount, yearly return aur years daalein. Har saal amount thora barhayein, jaise salary barhti hai. Cautious, middle aur optimistic rate try karein, aur plan cautious jawab par banayein. But this projection assumes a steady return. Real markets go up and down. Try a cautious, a middle and an optimistic rate, and plan around the cautious answer.
12. 2:37CAGR calculator batata hai ke investment asal mein har saal kitni barhi. Start value, end value aur years daalein.
